Rich Simmons Art Ltd does not hold responsibility for the act of criminal damage in the name of this business. Rich Simmons Art Ltd may provide inspiration to create stencils and street art but we only encourage you to paint in a safe, legal way. There are legal areas all over the world to create street art and graffiti and we encourage you to find your local legal graffiti areas that are supported by local councils and businesses.
RETURNS AND SHIPPING POLICIES
Rich Simmons Art Ltd is committed to providing you with the best experience possible when buying art.
Orders will be shipped within 1-2 working weeks and will be packaged with care and with the security of your art as our highest priority. We ship worldwide and shipping prices will be calculated in the store based on location and size of the order. Coupons are often sent out to mailing list subscribers for free shipping codes and discounts and it is up to the customer to be in the loop with communications to receive deals and rewards.
You can also arrange for pickup collection of artwork from our Croydon based studio. You can contact us after ordering to arrange a time and date that works for you to come and collect the work and get the chance to see the studio space. Due to Covid restrictions, it is upon the discretion of the team to check if you are masked / vaccinated in order to see inside the studio but front door collection is an option for everyone.
We accept that on rare occasions, out of our control, shipments get damaged. All artwork is checked by the packing team before it is dispatched. We offer replacement pieces or refunds, if you can provide evidence that the package was damaged on delivery and provide photographic evidence of the packaging and artwork so we can deal with the couriers and provide you with a replacement or a refund.
If for any reason any damage is missed or caused in transit, the customer can be entitled to one of the following according to the individual case: The piece to be returned for a touch up, an alternative piece of artwork as a replacement, or keeping the piece at a discount.
If a piece of artwork is requested to returned due to a change of mind then you must contact us within 72 hours of purchasing to receive a refund. You must contact us with honest reasons and proof that the piece is in sellable condition still and upon receiving the artwork back, it will be inspected to ensure the piece is returned as it was dispatched. If the art work is received and approved under the inspection, a full refund will be issued. It is at the management discretion to decide if the request of a return is approved. Return requests must be made within 4 weeks after receiving your piece. If the art work is received and not approved under the inspection, the refund will be disputed to that individual case.
A points system is also in place on the website using Smile. If you would like to earn points and discounts for future purchases, please sign up to Smile in the rewards tab at the bottom left of the page. You can then use these points to get discounts on future purchases. Any information provided with Smile is under their platforms legal terms and policies.
Tracking details on print and painting orders will be emailed through the selected courier we use to send your package. You can then check for shipping info and tracking through the couriers platform.

BUYING / COMMISSIONING AN ORIGINAL
Commissioning or buying an original piece of artwork should be an exciting experience and we want to do everything we can to help you with your purchase. If a piece of work isn't listed on the website's shop and you want information, please email us with details or pictures and we will give you information about that work and whether its in a gallery or in our studio.
If you wanted to have a new bespoke piece created for you, please also email us with your ideas. If it is a new colour version of an existing piece you've seen, this can be done in 4-6 weeks. If it is a brand new concept, it is up to the discretion of the artist to decide if it's possible based on the concept of the idea and the time frame involved.
