Rich Simmons ist ein zeitgenössischer Urban Pop Artist, der auf der ganzen Welt ausgestellt hat. Simmons Arbeit erforscht die Schnittstellen visueller Kultur, die Pop-Art, Comics, die Renaissance, zeitgenössische Mode, Sexualität und darüber hinaus umfassen.

Simmons Arbeiten haben es nun in die Museumssammlungen geschafft. Die Ausstellung Men Of Steel, Women Of Wonder wurde 2019 im Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art gezeigt. Letztes Jahr wurde eines seiner Werke bei einer Wohltätigkeitsauktion von Christie's für 52.000 GBP verkauft.
Simmons kühne Verwendung von Farben, detailgetreue handgeschnittene Schablonen, Sinn für Humor und zum Nachdenken anregende Erzählungen in seiner Arbeit beweisen, dass Rich sowohl ein Innovator als auch ein hochsammelbarer Künstler ist. Simmons Arbeit geht über Galerien hinaus und seine Street Art-Wandbilder sind auf der ganzen Welt zu sehen. Das neueste 400 Quadratmeter große Wandbild wird in Rogers Arkansas fertiggestellt.
Simmons ist auch der Schöpfer und Gründer von Art Is The Cure, einer preisgekrönten Vinspired-Organisation zur Förderung der Kunsttherapie, die Workshops und Vorträge auf der ganzen Welt durchgeführt hat.

Creative space as creative therapy. These sessions are less about technique and more about presence — using colouring, pattern, expressive mark-making and moderated creative prompts to invite relaxation, focus and reflection. Accompanied by an optional talk, these workshops are ideal for organisations seeking wellbeing-centred creative experiences for teams, communities or individuals.
